Do you want any of your pages to get featured for "Page Of The Month"? Looks like no one can't decline getting any of their pages to be featured.
Now what is the purpose of this? It's sole purposes is to attract other contributors and let these pages be recognized to the others.
So here is the thing. Select a page that belongs to another user. But note the following requirements:
- It has to be 300 bytes above. (You can see that in the edit summaries)
- It must not be in Work-In-Progress.
- You can know it is work in progress if their pages are tagged with the {{WIP}} template or if the page owner/s stated it.
- These pages must not violate the rules.
- If you come across such inappropriate page though, tag it with the {{Delete}} template and then an admin can come across and remove it from the wiki.
- These pages are supposed to be mainspace pages, not templates or subpages from users.
The first four users who will bring to me the first four different pages in this thread, we will put those pages for voting whether we should have them featured or not. No wait I mean three pages for now, since I am also choosing this page as candidate for feature.
Don't have pages yet? Make one or more now, if you want any user to select them. (happy)
REMINDER: Don't select your own pages. Your pages can only be voted by other people only.
And anyway, what do you guys think for "Page Of The Month" feature for our wiki?
EDIT: I will state how the page - voting should go.
You can only vote one page from one user only. Meaning you can't vote more than one page from the same user.
